Spice Fever

I created Spice Fever in 2004 after finding the spice fever whilst travelling India. Spice Fever is now a fully established catering business specialising in outdoor events in the West Midlands and beyond and have been a regular at the farmers market for a number of years.

I specialise in delicious samosas – a stuffed, deep fried snack that originated in Gujarat and is very popular in the Indian Subcontinent, throughout Asia, Arabia, the Mediterranean, and parts of Africa.

At Moseley Farmers’ Market, I serve up freshly made Chicken, Lamb, or Veggie samosas and a variety of dips are on offer too.
