We’re a small business operating from Edgbaston/Moseley and high-quality food is our passion. We produce American style cakes and baked goods, often with an English twist.

All of our food is handmade in small batches using the finest quality ingredients, often following family recipes that have been handed down, developed and refined to provide quality and flavour that we’re proud of.

We use Fair Trade products, local free-range eggs and we source as many of our ingredients locally as possible. The remaining ingredients are all of a high quality and are chosen for taste and quality.
