We founded Tan Rosie Foods in 2010 to creating tantalising Caribbean food inspired by our family recipes from Grenada, Carriacou, and Birmingham.
The name ‘Tan’ is an affectionate name for ‘Aunt’ in the Caribbean – Aunty, Tanty, Tan! ‘Rosie’ is Monica’s grandmother who inspired us to cook and she was known as ‘Tan Rosie’ throughout the family and beyond.
With our strong Caribbean heritage, we always try to bring a taste of ‘back home’ to everything we cook!
Look out for our colourful stall at the next market and maybe sample a piece of our fantastic fiery chilli fudge!
